Oldest Furnace Entry Rules: *Winner will receive: One Complete Bell Furnace comparable to the system being replaced up to a $5,000 value. *Contest applies to single family homes. Entrant must be a NY State resident 18 years or older, the owner of the home in which furnace or boiler is located and fully empowered to make home improvement decisions regarding their residence. *Entrants are limited to the Bell Service area of Westchester & Putnam Counties, NY *Entries must be received by Bell either by US mail or via their web site www.bellhvac.com no later than Midnight, 12/15/10. *To qualify, system must be fully operational; Bell representative must be allowed to access the furnace or boiler to evaluate its condition and record manufacturer nameplate information.. *Winner will be determined based on objective information provided by the homeowner, and is chosen at the sole discretion of Bell Heating Venting & Air Conditioning whose decision is final. *Bell reserves the right to alter contest rules at any time. * Winner will be selected and announced by December 23, 2010, and will be posted online at www.bellhvac.com and informed by phone. *By submitting any photo or information to Bell HVAC, you hereby grant to Bell HVAC and its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees and assigns, an irrevocable, perpetual and royalty-free right to use the submitted photo or other information in any and all media for promotional purposes. *Contest includes equipment only; winners are solely responsible for all labor, taxes and/or fees that may be incurred as well as hazardous material removal and abatement and any improvements needed to bring the installation in compliance with existing codes. *Winners are required to verify proper and legal identification within 15 days of notification of winning the prize. Winner may forfeit any and all winnings if verification cannot or has not been made within 15 days. Upon proper verification, winnings will be awarded and date of installation will be arranged. System value will be up to $5,000. If winners fail to agree on an appropriate system per the recommendation of Bell HVAC, Bell reserves the right to assign winnings to the next oldest system. *In accepting the prize, the winners acknowledge that Bell HVAC.may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s). *Employees of Bell and their family members are not eligible.
